Ab 14 Uhr fand die Generalprobe für die Weltpremiere unseres Bonhoeffer-Projekts statt. Das allererste Mal haben wir die gesamte Messe, die wir in Auftrag gaben, am Stück gesungen und gehört - aufregend und bewegend. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns, dass auch Sandra Milliken vor Ort war. Auch sie hat eine der in der Messe enthaltenen Bonhoeffer-Motetten geschrieben.
The dress rehearsal for the world premiere of our Bonhoeffer project took place at 2 pm. For the very first time, we sang and heard the entire mass that we commissioned in one go - exciting and moving. We were delighted that Sandra Milliken was also there. She also wrote one of the Bonhoeffer motets included in the mass.
Tagesabschluss dann beim Dinner bei sehr guten Freunden und großzügigen Förderern von Nobiles: Annie and Anthony Whealy. Der Blick ihres Apartements ist wirklich einfach atemberaubend.
The day ended with dinner at the home of very good friends and generous sponsors of Nobiles: Annie and Anthony Whealy. The view from their apartment is simply breathtaking.
